SpaceFarers was founded for & by space farers who realized we were too focused on space agencies to acknowledge that, as individuals, we would never set a foot on the Moon, on Mars, or on any other planet before we die.

"If they don't do it, we'll have to do it by ourselves". Yes, we make progress as "nations" beyond the limits of space exploration, however slow and uncertain it can be. But we all individuals have one shared dream: what if we could go there by ourselves? What if we could have our own say in the conquest of space?

We created SpaceFarers with the aim of telling another story of space, the story of daring individuals and alternative technologies which deserve, alongside national institutions, their places in the pantheon of space conquest.

This story began long ago with European and American space farers, such as the OTRAG space program, the real first commercial space endeavor, or even the Pacific Rocket Society, and keeps writing itslef with modern Tubesat nano-satellites designed by a small Californian start-up. In silence and away from prying eyes, they are changing the course of History - not for nations, but for individuals like you, like us, who wish they could broaden their horizons. Because we don't want to believe, we want to leave.
